1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the GoAetrix website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
GoAetrix provides web design, web development, mobile application development, school management portals, enterprise solutions, UI/UX design, graphic design, and digital marketing services.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. GoAetrix retains ownership of proprietary tools and frameworks used in development.
4. Payment Terms
50% deposit to commence work, 50% upon completion. All prices are quoted in USD. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
GoAetrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
